Refunds
Try every product on its live demo before you buy, so you know exactly what you get.
When you get a full refund
If the product does not work as described on your site, tell us within 14 days of buying. We try to fix it first. If we cannot, we refund you in full.
When we do not refund
A downloaded file cannot be returned, so we do not refund a product that works as described, for example if you changed your mind or bought the wrong product. Write to us before buying if you are not sure it fits.
