Ask us
Email support@ymanuehlstore.com with your order number, the theme name, and what you see (a screenshot helps). We usually reply the same day, and always within 3 days.
What support covers
For 12 months from the day you buy, we help with:
- Installing the theme and its companion plugin
- Importing the demo content
- Using the theme's settings and features
- Anything in the theme that does not work as described
What support does not cover
- Changes to the design or code of the theme
- Plugins other than the ones the theme needs (such as WooCommerce)
- Hosting or server problems
- Adding your own content, products or photos
Updates
You get every new version for 12 months from the day you buy: bug fixes, support for new WordPress versions, and any features we add. After that the theme keeps working as it is.
