Terms of sale

Ymanuehl Store sells digital products: WordPress themes and website templates. It is run by Abner Tuyac, General Santos, Philippines. These terms apply to every purchase.

What you buy

A licence to use a digital product, delivered as a download. Each product page lists what is included and what it needs to run. Every product has a live demo, so you can see it working before you buy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and paid once. Payment is taken by our payment provider at checkout, which may add sales tax or VAT for your country.

Delivery

You get the download link right after payment, on the confirmation page and by email.

Licences

A Single site licence covers one live website, plus test and staging copies of it. An Unlimited sites licence, where offered, covers as many websites as you build. Details on the licences page.

Updates and support

Every licence includes 12 months of updates and 12 months of support from the day you buy. What support covers is on the support page.

Refunds

If the product does not work as described on your site, tell us within 14 days of buying. If we cannot fix it, we refund you in full. We do not refund a product that works as described. Details on the refund policy page.

Using the products

You may use a product on the sites your licence covers and change it as you like. The theme and plugin code is licensed under the GPL, version 2 or later; your licence decides which sites get our updates and support.
